Stop by Cork | Fire Kitchen this season and taste Chef Darrell’s specially crafted Prix Fixe menu, inspired by the flavors of Fall spices. Savor oyster mushroom risotto with cracked black peppercorn crisp, followed by a clove scented chicken escalope with sage and pork stuffing & acorn squash mash. End your meal on a sweet note with a roasted pumpkin spiced roll cake.

Bev & Bites
Every week, Cork | Fire Kitchen will be featuring a creative new bite built around a fresh, local ingredient. Each bite will be paired with an equally inspired beverage. Bevs may include St. Archer, Hudson Whiskey, Palumbo Family Vineyards or Refuge Brewery. Bites may feature Nicolau Family Farms, Temecula Olive Oil Company, Sage Mountain, Sugarplum Artisan Chocolates or garden grown herbs.

Dining Spaces at Our Temecula Hotel
Bar – This is a new bar experience for the Temecula Valley. Enjoy hand selected premium wines on tap and by the stem, a large selection of local beer and both classic and contemporary cocktails at the bar at our hotel in Temecula. Crafted cocktails include six barrel-aged whiskies, with aging barrels on display in the alcove adjacent to the bar.
Taking advantage of Southern California’s fabulous year ’round environment and Temecula Creek Inn’s golf course views, roll up garage doors swing open at the end of the bar flanked by pairs of yellow Chesterfield sofas.
Dining Room – Enjoy a range of inventive menu options in the dining room at our Temecula winery hotel like Pan Roasted Diver Scallops with pine nut and golden raisin puree or stick to the classics with Slow Braised Short Ribs or a Vintage Farms Filet.
Outdoor Deck – Open air. A great cocktail. Fabulous food. The deck at Cork | Fire Kitchen is the perfect place to relax with friends. Insider’s tip – try the Kitchen Cocktails for 2. Ingredients come straight from the cocktail garden at our Temecula hotel and you mix it the way you like it!
