Yes, we partner with the brand new, beautiful Spa Pechanga and can arrange complimentary transportation to and from your spa appointment. Yes, we offer laundry service. Forms are available in each room to explain pricing and hours of operation. Yes. Room service is available 7:30 am – 9:30 pm. Depending on the time of year, we may have entertainment or other activities at the resort. We also offer complimentary transportation to and from Pechanga Resort & Casino, which has endless entertainment options all year-round. Smoking and vaping tobacco or marjiuana are not allowed in guest rooms or suites, nor on balconies or patios. If there is evidence of smoking, we will charge a $100 fee at check-out. Yes, we provide Pack ‘n Play cribs and rollaway beds upon request (additional fees apply). Please let us know if you need a crib or rollaway bed when you book your room. The only time pets are not permitted to stay is on New Year’s Eve and the Fourth of July, due to fireworks displays in the area. If you are bringing your furry friend, please let us know during the reservation process as we have designated pet-friendly rooms. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $75 will be charged to your room. Please print and submit our pet form. We’re happy to provide a list of local pet sitters, as well as pet-friendly restaurants around town so you can opt to bring your furry friend along. Both individual and group reservations – unless specified otherwise – will receive a full refund if cancelled with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to check-in. Corporate reservations will receive a full refund if cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. After the notice period, we will keep the first night’s room rate plus tax, both of which we collect as a deposit when you make the reservation.
