How do i get to Temecula Creek Inn

We are located off of Interstate 15, about halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego.

  • From LAX (~150 minutes), you will take the 105 East to the 605 South, then the 91 East, and finally I-15 South. Exit Highway 79 South/Indio. Turn left under the freeway and then right on to Pechanga Parkway. Turn right at Rainbow Canyon Road (1st light), and turn right into Temecula Creek Inn.
  • From Ontario Airport (~60 minutes) head West on Mission Blvd to Euclid. Head North to Interstate 10 East. Take 10 East to Interstate 15 South. Exit Highway 79 South/Indio. Turn left under the freeway and then right on to Pechanga Parkway. Turn right at Rainbow Canyon Road (1st light), and turn right into Temecula Creek Inn.
  • From San Diego Airport (~60 minutes) take Harbor Drive South (toward downtown) and turn left at Grape Street. Go east to the top of the hill then take Interstate 5 South. Stay in the right lane and follow 163 North toward Escondido. Exit Highway 79 South/Indio. Turn right under the freeway and then right on to Pechanga Parkway. Turn right at Rainbow Canyon Road (1st light), and turn right into our Temecula hotel.

What are check-in and check-out times at Temecula Creek Inn?

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests can be made at the time of reservation, but are not confirmed until the day of arrival and departure respectively. Additional fees apply. If you arrive prior to check-in and your room is not available, you are welcome to pre-check in with the front desk and start enjoying our resort amenities while we hold your luggage.

Does Temecula Creek Inn have a pool?

We have one outdoor pool and one outdoor whirlpool spa. They are both located near the hotel lobby. Pool and spa hours are 7 am to 10:30 pm.

What do I get for the resort fee charge?

The resort fee is $25 per night and includes:

  • Parking
  • Internet access
  • Coffee and tea in-room
  • 2 bottles of waters daily per room
  • Toll-free/local calls
  • Complimentary shuttle service to and from Pechanga Resort & Casino.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Both individual and group reservations – unless specified otherwise – will receive a full refund if cancelled with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to check-in. Corporate reservations will receive a full refund if cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. After the notice period, we will keep the first night’s room rate plus tax, both of which we collect as a deposit when you make the reservation.

Can I fly a drone at Temecula Creek Inn?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, unscheduled drone flights are not permitted anywhere on Temecula Creek Inn’s 300 acres, including the golf course, without prior approval from our Marketing Department.

Drone activity can disrupt the peaceful environment our guests come to enjoy and may interfere with weddings, meetings, or other special experiences on property. It can also disturb local wildlife, including hawks, owls, and pollinators.

If you’d like to request permission to fly a drone, please contact marketing@tciresort.com in advance to discuss approved times and locations.

Do you offer in-room dining?

Yes. Room service is available 7:30 am – 9:30 pm.

Does the resort offer entertainment?

Depending on the time of year, we may have entertainment or other activities at the resort. We also offer complimentary transportation to and from Pechanga Resort & Casino, which has endless entertainment options all year-round from 7:00AM - 10:45PM.

Do you offer spa services?

Yes, we partner with the brand new, beautiful Spa Pechanga and can arrange complimentary transportation to and from your spa appointment.

Where are the Chef’s Garden and Butterfly Habitat located?

Both our Chef’s Garden and Butterfly Habitat are located outside of Corkfire Kitchen and are accessible to all guests throughout the year.

What is the best time to visit the Butterfly Habitat?

You can visit our butterfly habitat all year around. However, the peak time to see butterflies will be in late spring through late summer. You can also view our Butterfly Habitat Tour Here to learn more.

Are pets allowed at Temecula Creek Inn?

Yes! We are a dog friendly resort that understands your dog is an extension of your family. We gladly welcome our guests traveling with dogs up to 50lbs. There will be a $100 fee billed per room per stay for the first 3 nights. Additional nights will be charged $25 per night.

*Please note that by acknowledging this fee, you also understand that our policy applies to dogs only and will not be extended to any other pets/animals. Thank you for your cooperation!

What if I need to leave my pet?

We’re happy to provide a list of local pet sitters, as well as pet-friendly restaurants around town so you can opt to bring your furry friend along. 

Are there any breed restrictions for dogs?

Yes. Here is our list of canine breeds which are not allowed to stay on property. Cane Corso, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Pitbull, Great Dane, Husky, Akita, Doberman, Mastiff, Saint Bernard, Greyhound, Rottweiler, Chow Chow and American Bulldog.

Do you offer group room blocks?

Yes, you can obtain a group block if you have 10 rooms or more for regular bookings, or 8 or more rooms for a golf group. Reach out to tcisales@tciresort.com or 888-239-7635.

Can I smoke in my room?

Smoking and vaping tobacco or marijuana are not allowed in guest rooms or suites, nor on balconies or patios. If there is evidence of smoking, we will charge a $200 fee at check-out. 

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?

Yes, we provide Pack ‘n Play cribs and rollaway beds upon request (additional fees apply). Please let us know if you need a crib or rollaway bed when you book your room.

Local Inhabitants

Temecula Creek Inn rests on over 300 hundred acres of natural beauty, with working Chef’s Gardens, oak trees, natural foliage, and outdoor creatures. We like to keep the creatures outdoors, so we suggest you close your patio door when you are not enjoying it and remove all food. You may at some time experience a small visitor (arachnids, lizards, insects, etc.) as they like to escape into cooler (or warmer) temperatures. We will be happy to help you evict them if you do not feel comfortable doing so yourself.

Can I pay with cash at Temecula Creek Inn, Corkfire Kitchen or Temecula Creek Golf Club?

We do not accept cash payments anywhere on our property or at any of our outlets for any goods or services.

What renovations are taking place at Temecula Creek Inn? 

We are updating guest rooms with new furniture, finishes, bathrooms, and lighting. The goal is a cleaner, modern look with better comfort and function. 

When will the renovations be completed? 

All work is scheduled to be completed during the Spring of 2026. 

Will the renovations affect my stay? 

While we do our best to manage the schedule to reduce disruptions and protect guest comfort, some buildings will have daytime construction activity near your room. 

Are all room types available during the renovation? 

Some room types will pause availability while upgrades take place. Many options remain open, and the team will help match you with the best fit

What are the hours of construction work? 

Work takes place during daytime hours only. 

Will there be any noise or disruptions during my stay? 

There may be light noise during the day near active buildings. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience during these enhancements.

Can I request a room away from the renovation areas? 

Yes. Our team will place you in the quietest available area based on occupancy. 

Are the common areas and amenities still accessible during the renovation? 

Yes. The resort amenities remain open, including the pool, gym, golf course, dining, and public spaces. 

What new features will the renovated rooms include? 

Updated interiors, improved storage, refreshed bathrooms, upgraded lighting, and a streamlined design focused on comfort and usability. The rooms also feature new technology enhancements for in-room entertainment and convenient mobile device charging. 

Can I book one of the newly renovated rooms? 

Yes. Renovated rooms open for booking as each building is completed.

What room types will be available after the renovation? 

All existing room types return with updated interiors, including Kings, Queens, suites, and corner rooms.

Are there any special promotions or packages to celebrate the renovated rooms?

How are you ensuring guest comfort during the renovations? 

We complete work building by building, limiting activity to daytime hours. We closely monitor guest feedback throughout the process and will provide optional accommodations if needed.
